With Mr. Reed and Mr. Orr as advisers, we elected from our class the following officers: president, Miron Williamson; vice president, Jack Preston; secretary, Joseph Flatter; treasurer, Vincent Rigio; news reporter, Harold Cooley. Our class contributed two members to the girls' basketball squad, Marcella Martindale and Carrie Stewart. On September 20, the Sophomores entertained us with a wiener roast at the Brewer home. On October 11, we enjoyed a second course of wieners, and Hallowe'en we ate apples, watermelons, marshmallows, and more wieners. H.A. |
