Early in the year the juniors pledged the receipts from their senior play to the fund for the new radio and public address system. Looking forward to entertaining the "honorable" seniors with a banquet in May, the juniors presented the play, "An Old-Fashioned Mother." The play was a story of the return of the prodigal son, tinged with the humor and dress of fifty years ago. A special feature of the evening was a group of harp selections by Enid Hickman. Four members of the class on the girl's basketball team are F. Williamson, M. Townsley, B. Swango, and G. Bailey. Seven of our boys, H. Hanna, N. Hartman, N. Brown, J. Northup, J McCallister, C. Jones, and R =. Reed are on the boys' basketball team.
