Really this one belongs in the "Just Imagine" section. But it really did happen. Several hours later Bob Reed had the leaves all raked. A group of (undignified) seniors. How Marjean Smith and Dorothy Sipe came to be on the flagpole will be told in the next installment. But I'll bet Pauline, Ferne, Evelyn, and Florence could throw some light on the mystery. Across the street is the college. Many of us will some day enter these portals. Good luck and best wishes to this institution. |

Twice a year the orchestra makes a pilgrimage to the opera house. Some of the girls are making the coveted journey. Here she is. Our own Puddy. Some day, about 1986, we will put on our spectacles, take out our 1936 Cedarscope and recall the memories of school days from these pictures. Cedarville has five sets of twins and we are very proud of Martha and Margarette Lott, Georgetta and Henrietta Duerson, Dasmia and Keith Detty, Hazel and Helen Robinson, and Don and Jim Pemberton. |

Now, these boys are future -- guess what? "Dizzy" Dean had better watch out or he will have stiff competition. They are John Buckner, Charles Jones, Earl Bartley, Dan Dennehey, Bob Reed, and John Peterson. This year the band had a very successful year. Part of this success was due to the "antics" of our drum major, Wayne Andrew. Aren't these girls studious looking? I imagine there is a lot of studying done when they are together. We heard that Dorothy G., Frances W., Betty N., Mary Frances H., and Betty S., have had some camping experience. |
