SOPHOMORE CLASS HISTORY

While still in the grades, our class presented three operettas: "The Childhood of Hiawatha," "The Birth of the Flag," and "O Holy Night."

Oh, how we looked forward to going upstairs, but before the first day of our seventh year was over, we understood the demerit system.

Thirty-four eighth graders took the state test in which Neil Hartman brought honor to the class and school by rating second in the state.

Nineteen pupils from Clifton and eleven from Xenia were among the sixty-five freshmen who were subjected to initiation.

Among the fourteen Cedarville students on the scholarship team, last year, four were from our class.

The sixty-five students in our class this year were divided into two sections, with Mrs. Wilson and Miss Lope as supervisors.

R. E. Dennehey, D. Galloway, B. J. Judy, M. J. Martindale, and H. Ross are members of the County Champion Girls' Team and J. Buckner, D. Fields, and O. Shaw are on the boys' squad. Here's to better Juniors.
